For a leading German manufacturer in this sector, we have developed an assembly unit for household cookers on the basis of eight highly-dynamic, heavy-duty servo axes. The system adjusts to the various models and sizes, calibrates and clamps the cookers and then follows the program-controlled assembly via bolted connections. |

Central packaging system for household cookers
For a leading German manufacturer of household cookers, we have developed a central packaging system. Basically the system consists of the entire conveyor technology for cookers and packaging materials, three fully-automatic machines for the production of cover lids with buffers for circuit boards and cover lids, various handling appliances, as well as three foliomats for shrink-film wrapping. |

Production unit for prefabricated chimneys
For the production of chimneys which are one or more storeys high, we have developed a production unit that can produce a chimney length of up to 240 m per day. The unit is fitted with separate chimney components and assembles these to create one-storey-high elements. The production of the chimney elements is implemented on special pallets which are transported by forklift trucks or automatic high-rack transport vehicles. |
